Bret Michaels Parti-Gras festival is coming to the Pavilion at Star Lake on Saturday July 13. The show features country star Chris Janson, the original voice of Foreigner Lou Gramm, Twisted Sister’s Dee Snider and former Eagles guitarist Don Felder.

“I created the Parti-Gras as a celebration of the music – no ego, just nothing but a good time. I want it to be a great time from the minute you come through the gates. Let your Mardi Gras flag fly with bandanas and beads.” Michaels told Z 102-3’s Mike Sheffield “I want it to smell like summertime in the sun. I’m even pouring my own personal coconut rum into the hazers so everything smells good, looks good, sounds good and feels good”

Michaels is promoting the show as “nothing but hits”, so it should be a rip-roaring evening at the Pavilion and Star Lake. As the son of a veteran, he is dedicating the show to the men and women that have served our country and given us the freedom to rock.
